Digital Delivery and Support

ShowUskills products are digital products. No physical shipping is required unless a product page clearly says otherwise.

Delivery format

  • Most skill products are delivered as ZIP downloads.
  • Some workflow packs may include multiple files, instructions, templates, or implementation notes.
  • Delivery is handled through Shopify checkout and the connected digital-delivery app flow.

After checkout

  • Use the email address entered at checkout to access order and delivery messages.
  • Download the files and review the included instructions before installing or adapting them.
  • Test workflows in a safe environment before using them in production, client work, or sensitive systems.

If you cannot access a file

Contact support@showuskills.com with your order number, checkout email, and product name.

What support includes

Support covers access, download, delivery, and product-scope questions. It does not include custom implementation, third-party account setup, production changes, regulated professional advice, or guaranteed outcomes unless explicitly stated on the product page.
