Return and Refund Policy

We have a 14-day no-reason refund policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving access to your digital product or completing your purchase to request a refund.

To request a refund, please contact us at support@showuskills.com with your order number or proof of purchase.

Please note that we may reply to your request from support.showuskills@gmail.com. Both support@showuskills.com and support.showuskills@gmail.com are official support email addresses for ShowUskills.

Since our products are delivered electronically, no physical return shipping is required. If your refund request is approved, we may revoke access to the purchased digital product, download file, license, or related materials.

Download or Access Issues

Please check your order and access link after purchase. If you cannot access your digital product, receive the wrong file, or experience a technical issue, please contact us immediately at support@showuskills.com so we can review the issue and help resolve it.

Non-returnable Items

We generally offer a 14-day no-reason refund policy for eligible digital products. However, certain items may be non-refundable if clearly marked as non-refundable before purchase, including but not limited to custom work, personalized services, completed implementation services, or one-on-one consulting services.

Exchanges

Because our products are delivered digitally, we do not offer traditional product exchanges. If you purchased the wrong product, please contact us at support@showuskills.com within 14 days of purchase, and we will review your request.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is subject to European Union consumer protection rules, you may have the right to cancel or request a refund within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have reviewed your refund request and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to process and post the refund.
